18 Jul How We Pay Attention to the Oil & Gas Industry in Indonesia
PT Mitra Wira Pratama participated in the 43rd IPA Convex 2019 Event with the theme: Driving Exploration and Optimizing Existing Production for long term Energy Security. This event has facilitated knowledge sharing, networking and partnerships between industry and government over the years, not only in Indonesia but also in Southeast Asia.
Three principles brands from PT Mitra Wira Pratama were also present at this IPA Convex occasion, including CVS from Canada, LESER from Germany, and KSPC from Korea. Their presence in supporting this event is to be able to provide services directly to customer needs so that they can meet the needs of Indonesian Oil & Gas customers.
In the information sharing session at the Convention, the Director of Exploration for Pertamina Hulu Energi, Abdul Mutalib Masdar, stated that according to him, there are still many promising and undeveloped oil and gas areas in Indonesia, for example in North Sumatra, South Sumatra, East Java, and Kutai.
The government targets 1 million barrels of oil in 1 day and will be achieved in 2030 and has prepared a road map to achieve this target, using a seismic survey program for the period 2020-2024.
In supporting the government’s program to reach 1 million barrels of oil per day, PT Mitra Wira Pratama wants to help the government achieve this target by providing valves for the needs of the oil & gas industry by prioritizing high quality and safe valve products in producing oil.
